Long wait time, nice employee, seemed short handed, broken ticket taker, broken door, long wait time. No one at front desk for long periods of time

Should have read the reviews before making an appointment at this facility one of the worse places to come staff is very rude they’re very busy talking in the back instead of checking in patients

I had a specimen to drop off. I was told to drop it off. I had to wait 2 hours to drop something off. No one told me I needed an appointment, but when I showed up, I got to wait 2 hours. So rude. Terrible communication. Go to Tricore.
