Long wait time, nice employee, seemed short handed, broken ticket taker, broken door, long wait time. No one at front desk for long periods of time

I hate not being able to talk to anyone there if I need assistance.I've made appointments in the past and was made to wait an hour for my appointment time while they took in 7 walk-ins.When I was called, they refused to take me due to an open payment.I had to call to let the tech listen to the AUTOMATED voice stating I had a $0 balance. I could never get a human on the phone.I can't get my results now because of the security. On another visit, when I checked in, the computer read 12:30. 2 hours later. After all my experience with the quest, I waited and was called within 15 minutes. I was fasting.I will do my best not to use 'always' quest. It's so frustrating every visit.Techs are usually somewhat helpful. Techs at the Journal location are the worst tech.Techs are also unable to add others who need the test results.

Should have read the reviews before making an appointment at this facility one of the worse places to come staff is very rude they’re very busy talking in the back instead of checking in patients

I had a specimen to drop off. I was told to drop it off. I had to wait 2 hours to drop something off. No one told me I needed an appointment, but when I showed up, I got to wait 2 hours. So rude. Terrible communication. Go to Tricore.

Check in system is ridiculous, what an inconvenient system, with long wait times and hold times.

Came to this location on 10/10/24 and had someone by the name of April as the tech that was supposed to draw my blood. She was horribly rude to not only myself but the person with me. I highly recommend going to a different location. 10/10 don’t recommend coming to this location and especially not with her.

The phlebotomist was so loud everyone in the waiting room could hear what he was saying to me. He was rude and acted strange. He had no people skills or patient sensitivity skills. He didn't explain things well and was quite pompous. The guy should really choose a job where he doesn't interact with the public.

Signed in and right away an African American working is arguing with a person getting tested that they cannot give him water to drink. Being very short and rude, customer walked out. I am a walk in and had to wait a long time as they are hanging out in back, then went to lunch.

Horrible experience, it seems like they don't know what they are doing. No one at the front desk to help. The staff is extremely rude. And not willing to help.

They refuse to help their customers. Instead, they prefer to sit in the back, laughing with each other. Their machine sucks and doesn't like to let people make appointments, but if you try to get someone's attention by yelling through the desk area (which is the only way to get anyone's attention because no one is ever there), you're met with hostility and a gremlin like lady who does nothing but give you a dirty look and throw your appointment out. I told her I had an appointment, and she said I didn't, yet here is the proof. She told me never to come back again because I said, "This is bullshit." This is not the first time they have refused me my appointment for no reason or said I didn't have one when I did.

They have you check in with a tablet but still need all the information you input in the tablet to be reiterated to them, complete waste of extra time that could be utilized some other way. Their instructions are unclear when scheduling an appointment, also don't bother calling them because they won't answer the phone. Your best bet is to schedule an appointment online in hopes of actually being seen, otherwise they'll have you wait or just send you off if they can't fit you in. The workers themselves look like they're the walking dead, seems like the company couldn't care less about their health or yours.

Came in for a drug screening and the middle aged african american tech was rude for no reason. I tried to communicate nicely in case he was having a bad day so we may both be on the same page but no matter what i did he did not change his attitude. If he doesnt enjoy his job he shouldnt be there in the first place. It wasnt just with me either, to other patients he maintained a rude tone. After looking at some other reviews im surprised he still works there if hes done the same to many others.

I signed in as a walk in at 11:00am. Gave me a time for 12:10. I waited and patients came and left. Finally after 12:10 I ask one guy why they were taking walk ins when I’ve been here for over an hour. His reply was they ALL had appointments. The lady came out and told me she was a walk in and they weren’t being honest with me. Then when I did get in he told me he didn’t have my order. I called my doctor and they said they sent it and they could see that they looked at it. This location is HORRIBLE. The two guys working acted as if they were doing me a favor by being there. I will NEVER go to a Quest again. Never apologized. We’re VERY RUDE. They need a reality check on how to treat customers and that we are their pay checks. So many people need jobs and they have HATEFUL LAZY PEOPLE WORKING. Wake up and start FIRING PEOPLE THAT DONT WANT TO WORK!!!!!!

Older tech man there was cold and rude. Raised his voice to me when telling me to flush the toilet (after he just told me that the water was turned off. How was I to know he turned it back on?) Then yelled at me "Just do what I told you to do" when I couldn't see the code on the vial he wanted me to confirm. Hey, I'm older and the print is tiny. Just unnecessarily confrontational. I understand you do this a dozen times a day, but I don't know what your procedures are. Drug screens here are walk in only between 10-2 weekdays. Make an appointment if you must go here but I recommend against it.
