I ordered some groceries the other evening and was in such rush, a young lady came and brought my stuff to my car fast and efficiently and we had a great conversation, I believe her name was Krista. Best customer service I’ve gotten at this store.

Every time we shop at this location we are always getting something that has mold like cheese, kale, and rotten milk. This time it’s the kale purchased today 10/2/24 with an expired date of 10/5/24

The service was really good my only complaint is that I got a sandwich roll and it was soft when I bought it and 3 hours later after I brought it home it was as hard as a rock I tried toasting it to try to make it softer so I can make a sandwich I don't like hard bread at all so this was really a miserable experience my sandwich was so terrible that I couldn't even really taste the meats that I got from their Deli it was that bad never again I won't buy bread from them again

Smiths is my grocery store. However, the cashiers and baggers need additional training!! Today the bagger put cans in the cold insulated bag and cold items in a regular bag. Then the cashier added a large jar of peanut butter on top of everything! I had asked for $20 cash back and found it in a bag instead of handing it to me! Geez!
