I love my neighbor Smith’s. Everyone is so kind, friendly and helpful. Jimmy, Jodi, and everyone else who’s name I can’t recall are all so wonderful and pleasant. It doesn’t matter what time of day I go in, I always get smiles. Thank you all! I love this team!

I bit into a staple in a container of cubed cheese and the cashier literally laughed when we told him what happened and processed a refund as quickly as possible to get us out of there. The manager was distracted with another issue so we left, but it’s surprising there was no concern or acknowledgement about it. I’m also shocked they wouldn’t pull the cheese from the shelf.

Dimitrio (tall guy w/ glasses) in meat & seafood is the worst! Unbelievably rude & acts like it’s an inconvenience to help. He literally refused to grab a piece of chicken I wanted because it wasn’t the closest piece to him.Shocked he is still employed there because an employee told me they’ve heard complaints about him from other customers as well.

I literally just left the store. I used the self check out because I was in a hurry. An item didn't ring up correctly priced from the discount shelf. I keep the attendant button. No one came for three minutes. I looked around and there was an attendant behind me, ignoring me. I said, "ma'am (assuming she identified as a woman), this rang up incorrectly". She didn't speak a word to me only told her eyes. She put her key card in and I explained it was on the discount shelf without a red sticker. She used a huffy tone to tell me that I had to put my valued customer number in. I started to tell her that they usually had the sticker and was going to apologize. But she interrupted with "valid point" and repeated that phrase every time I tried to speak . I could not get her name tag name. She was in her early 40s. Long black hair, heavy build, dark eyes. Very disappointed in this experience.

The lay out of this store is very hard to shop. Isles don't go all the way thru. Also the people stocking are totally blocking the isle and are very rude about moving. Finally when I get to checkout I was happy to see customer service checkout had 2 lights on and no lines. That's 1 star.I unload with like items together. Asked cashier at #5 how he was and then politely said I've arranged my items according to bags. He gives me blank stare and frown and says I can't do that they get mixed up going thru. And sure enough he was letting everything thru without any effort. So I proceeded to start to bag myself. He's done and just stands there. No helping for him. Had to ask for him to move things foward so I could reach and continue doing HIS job. Finally a young man comes over to help me. He was friendly polite.Star 2Star 3 I'm home and won't go back for a month or at all. For this I will go to Walmart Bag myself and self checkoutAnd save $

Pickup services are pretty fast at bringing the purchased items out to the car but the quality and accuracy of the items need a lot of improvement or the store needs to find some new employees for certain sections of the store. Pretty sad when your produce is crushed or has mold on it right after purchase

I've been satisfied with Kroger. When I lived east of the Mississippi, King Soopers in Denver and, now, Smiths in Albuquerque. Ordering on the app is efficient. Pick-ups have been smooth. The crew has been especially pleasant and proficient. Kudos!

I was at a register and the lady who was working the self checkout was extremely rude. She practically goes through your stuff at the self checkout. If you don't trust your costumers don't have self checkout!! I scanned every item and had to move bags from bottom to top and she questioned my scanning. I try not to use self checkout since its not my job but with the little cashiers its almost impossible. I will never shop at this smiths if Wonda is working. I will go elsewhere.

Wonda, who usually works self checkout is HORRIBLE!! She is rude, she is cold, she gives attitude. She made not only me but my whole family feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I will tell everyone I know to avoid her and any register she is working!! WONDA IS A HORRIBLE, RUDE OLD LADY!!

It's fine. It's a Smith's. They have decent produce, sky high prices that they try to cover up with their loyalty program, and expect you to do all the work of checking out.I stop in when I need something quickly and rarely outside of that.

Not enough cashiers. Shopping today, just fine waiting in line at a register, the lady called me over to self checkout, I assumed she was going to cash me out because if I wanted to do someone else's job I would have gone over there and done it myself. She scans a couple things and just walks away. I don't shop there to do your jobs for you.

So misleading! You knew exactly what you were doing here. This whole bin has only 3 containers of blackberries. The rest are blueberries which you know look super similar and you placed it right inside the door, so people have to grab and go without noticing they spent 5x more than they thought. Shameful when people are already paying so much more these days for food. Thankfully, I noticed in time.
