“I am completely new to the sport of archery. I have heard many people recommend this place. I bought a compound bow from a co-worker and brought it in to be inspected and have the draw length readjusted.Jacob recommended that the bow be restrung. They set the new arrow rest and installed a new 5pin sight. A shooting competition was taking place at the time I picked up my bow. I asked how to set distance for the pins.Jacob was very busy at this point, but remained very calm and professional in explaining that he did not have time because of the shooting competition.He explained that he would be more than happy to help me at another time when the shooting competition was over. I put my bow into storage and got occupied with work for about a month before deciding to go back and asking for assistance rather than try on my own.I really wasn't expecting to be remembered, but Jacob very enthusiastically began assisting me with setting my pin and explaining how to do so on my own.As a novice, I feel I have been given enough basic instruction to begin my journey as an amateur archer with a compound bow. I highly recommend the archery shoppe to anybody who requires maintenance or is looking to purchase a new bow. Very good people??”

“I was in the store today with a return from last Friday. The owner was in the store and overheard me telling the cashier I was charged twice for the same item. I didn’t notice I was charged twice until I decided to return the item and looked closely at the receipt. The owner gave me a full credit for the two hats even though I couldn’t prove I was charged twice and had just overheard the conversation I was having. The hat was a a snap back and didn’t fit my friend. Thank you again, just know I appreciate the EXCELLENT customer service and you giving me the credit. “Abq guns was the only gun store in Albuquerque to take me serious as soon as I walked in! The owner of the store was extremely polite and helpful & even cracked a few jokes while I was looking around, they made me feel comfortable and safe! “Have not been here in years but went in asked if they had a pair of rebooks I should have looked and showed what type of rebook I was kind of after but I ended up with the classics which for now I am really happy with probably down the road I might go for the basketball shoes by rebook but I choose the classics because I needed a pair of just walking shoes so can't complain about it”
