Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and fast, always willing to help without selling unnecessary items. They give great advice and information, and are ready to answer questions or problem solve. The open table lets customers try out tools and techniques, and the store offers classes of various levels. Parking is plenty, a restroom is available, and the facility is wheelchair accessible. The large, spacious layout and awesome collection of hardware and leather make it a great place for beginners and professionals alike to find everything they need to make their mark in leathercraft.
Excellent products. My only issue was one of the female workers was looking at me with disgust like I was gonna steal something when I was trying out stamps and asking to test a UV reactivate hide based on how I was dressed,I did not appreciate it.

Only place in town that had neatsfoot oil. Have a dried out snd cracking knife sheath. Advised by gentlemen that ran checkout, on how to apply. Lady who greeted me knee right where the oil was. All in a very good visit.
