Texaco on the north end of Alamogordo, New Mexico, started as a 24-hour truck stop owned by a good friend. The owner was successful and even planned to expand with a motel, but he refused to take a loan. Customers noted that some pumps were not working and disliked having to wait inside to get receipts after paying at the pump. Overall, the station offers lower prices and has a history of being busy and well-managed.

Typical gas station, little shop alongside seemed to have consistent customers.

One thing I do not appreciate is when I pay at the pump with my card, then have to go inside and wait in line to get my receipt. This happened at this location today.
