“Best place to get gasoline at one of the lowest prices in the city. I save usually $0.30 a gallon below the retail gas stations in town each. Lines are long in the afternoons especially. I go at dinner time on a Friday night and never wait more that two to three care ahead if me. Well worth the Lower price.”

The staff is always amazing, cool to talk to, and the older Gentleman is honestly one of the best energies to be around. Always a smile, warm welcome and a family feeling once leaving. This is a GAS Station, so if they can have that great of Customer Service there should be NO excuse for any establishment. 100/10 would recommend”

“My wife was on her way to the Costco on Renaissance because we knew that the Costco on Coors is known for not rotating tires automatically. This Costco on Coors measures the tread depth and their manager decides whether or not the tires need to be rotated in her opinion ! Well, my wife decided to take her car to the Costco on Coors because she got a nail in the tire and this Costco was closer. Surprisingly, a service tech or supervisor named Chris checked the tire and said that it was not repairable so they replaced the tire under warranty and rotated the tires also. I checked all 4 tires to verify they had been rotated, so we were very pleased with the service we got from Chris. Be sure to mark your tires or rims if using the Costco on Coors for a rotation.”
“My go-to gas station. I used to use Chevron ? 76 gas, shell and DK gas stations. Not anymore, this place always have great proces of gas ⛽ Costco gas is my #1 place to fill when im in the city limit.”

“I visited on an afternoon when I thought most people would be working. It was very busy. Even with the lines, I got through the line and on my way in a reasonable amount of time. The process at the pump was easy and fast. The prices seem a bit lower than other places.”

“Easy in/out, appreciate they have windshield washers on hand at gas pumps, and are generally convenient and available along the freeways for my cross country trip, unlike Costco. Generally very competitive prices on gas.”

The only down side and this is becoming a problem everywhere is the homeless, either stealing or trashing the place after hours and during because they were asked to leave or constantly bumming. Like I said this is going on everywhere! They always have what I want or need!”
“LOVE this Sams club location, conveniently located near Cottonwood Mall and Rio Rancho on the upper Westside. This location has the friendliest and most helpful staff! I am obsessed with the scan and go app! Makes life so much easier without the hassle of long lines and waiting! Also love the gas station with very reasonable gas prices and pleasant staff. My fave thing about Sams is the early hours that they offer to plus members, something the competition does not offer! It's never busy and breeze to shop! Plus, I have first access to all of the perishable markdowns!”
“I was in the hospital for a month and a half. I didn't get to pay a $5 charge. Then when I got out of the hospital my nitro card did not work. Because of the five dollar charge that I didn't get to pay, because I lost my job my housing my everything and now they want to charge me $40 for a $5 that I didn't pay. I am not blaming this Maverick. I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars. And Maverick corporation wants to charge me $35 charge before they will reset my card. Needless to say, goodbye Maverick...”

“I’m still leaving five stars because this incident was not caused by the business or its employees. I’m sharing it only so management is aware in case anyone else reports similar behavior.
At approximately 8:30 p.m. 9/13/26, I was pumping gas alone when a man from a silver, likely 2000s-era Dodge Caravan or similar minivan several stalls away approached me from behind. I was in the second left-most row in the front pump facing the road. And all I saw was him approaching when I looked up. My vehicle was beside me and the gas hose was stretched behind me, so I felt completely blocked in with no clear way to move forward or backward. I had not seen him approach, and I became frightened and yelled for him to get away. My fight or flight reaction chose fight and flight simultaneously. I wasn’t the most polite but it was dark and I was alone, not expecting anyone to approach me. Everyone heard us.
I ran into my car and locked the doors while the gas continued pumping. Remaining inside while the tank filled gave them time to disengage once they realized I was not getting back out. Afterward, a woman associated with the van honked to get my attention, positioned the van perpendicular to my vehicle, and flipped me off as they were leaving. I’m grateful I needed a full tank so I was still inside my vehicle. I cannot truthfully think of a single thing they needed. The whole interaction and the way they behaved after made it clear it wasn’t going to be just an innocent request.
The encounter - them blocking my path multiple times especially - made me feel unsafe. I hope management will remain alert in case these individuals have approached other customers. It is not the gas station’s fault - just a typical evening in Albuquerque unfortunately. Stay safe out there folks.”

Update! 08-17 got the pump to scan my card and saved 0.20 a gallon with my points ???”

Typically about the best price in town, including on the Rez.Just don't try to use your Valero card. Even though everything in branded Valero, it's not a Valero station. Not an issue, just good to know before you try.”

“I pulled in here, but saw that gas was two cents cheaper across the street. I knew I could get an additional two cents off across the street with Gas Buddy, so I went across the street. But this place looked nice.”
“Tiyahna was the best gas station attendant ever! Came for gas and cigarettes and possibly some nicotine gum to try and quit smoking but she told me not to use that stuff and try quitting another way. She was very helpful and delivered supreme customer service with grace and obviously love for thy neighbour. Give her a raise ! Promote her too!”
