“First time I've ever used Penske's. Usually use Uhaul. There is no comparison between the two- Penske's is the best, bar none. The trailer doesn't have all the humps that take up space. Just a nice flat bed. Even has a dome light, so the trailer lights up beautifully. Last time I drove a Uhaul, I had a blowout on the interstate! And I mean massive a blowout. Penske tires were almost new. Bye Bye Uhaul. I'm a Penske gal from now on.”
“I have used this facility multiple times when I have needed storage and the experience has always been A+. The office staff is friendly and helpful & their storage units are very clean and secure. I especially loved being able to drive my vehicle inside and use their rolling carts. As a petite single woman, I never felt vulnerable. Thanks U-Haul!”

“I only dropped off my 15ft rental truck at the M & S location after hrs, so had no real dealing with them. However, M & S has been in business for a great many yrs, so they must do a decent job I would think. Would have given 5 star review, except for the California location dropping the ball on my pick up reservation. Had to drive a 3hr round trip through So-Cal traffic & 50 combined miles of bad mountain road, instead of the 1 mile round trip at reserved mountain top location, to pick up my rental. I will say that the young lady (Maria) at the Lake Elsinore agent was very kind/helpful & did everything she could to make some of frustration ease & it is much appreciated, so thank you Maria! After firing off a "I'm not happy" email, a nice/helpful young lad (Gary Smith) called me the next morning & did what he could to further ease my frustration. Again, that's very much appreciated! While they're offer was insufficient, I'm sure young Mr Smith did everything his boss would allow & that's certainly all I could expect of him, so again, Thank you Gary!With all that said, I'll be doing business with UHaul again in the future. “Mechanic was friendly, seemed honest, & checked a few things on my car for me at no cost. I got front brake pads & rotors replaced and he seemed to do a good job. However, it was by far the most expensive job I’ve ever paid for an axle of pads & rotors, over $500 and the original quote (just for pads only) was way lower. I understand adding the rotors will increase the cost but I didn’t expect over $500. Usually my mechanic from out of town does an axle of pads and rotors for $400 or less. So just FYI.”
