This U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer is noted for its helpful, courteous, and polite employees who provide awesome service. The building, lot, and vehicles are super clean, and reservations are easy online. While there were isolated issues with a filthy trailer, a truck arriving empty with a check engine light, and missing moving supplies, the trucks and trailers ultimately worked fine and helped tremendously. Many customers report this location as their go-to place for future rentals of trucks, trailers, and moving vans due to the reliable and understanding service.
Thank you to the employees that helped me with my rental. They were kind, friendly and patient. I will be coming back if I need another rental.
