Excellent maintenance on these units, the manager is very attentive and reasonable. Keep your apartment clean and orderly and all is good

Managements not around apartments accept to collect rent one day a month or to put notice on doors. Cold water only in showers before hot air turns on in winter then back to cold when turned off. High rate of car break ins. 1 or 2 month sometimes. Bad management.
