Edit: To the store manager, who replied and still doesn’t care - I literally said in this review that I have tried everything to fix this. And here you are, telling me to go through the same channels that obviously don’t work. Maybe try taking action and doing something! This store sucks, and so does the owner! Will be sending a tip to local news to review this extremely shady outfit.
Go to this store if you want to get your items stolen. My partner had sent AirPods to her father and the store employees stole the AirPods (we tracked them). So logically we contacted the manager Scott at least 10x and Scott has not responded back and our item has yet to be returned. On top of it they are not willing to even help or come up with a resolution and we have now resulted to contacted the attorney general of NM to resolve this. Thanks Scott have a great day and kudos to your stellar business practices.

This location has really rude staff it's unfortunate that the staff does not know that a handwritten notary is practically legal. Too bad for the Young generation being employed these days don't understand what is still of legal services these days. The corporate companies of the UPS stores needs to officially trained their employees on the full legal extent of services. Very unsatisfied customer. Research first before turn your customers away and don't telling a customer to re-contact their place of businesses about legal notary services. People that are older than you and old enough to be your parents these days even her grandparents and great grandparents know that had written notary services is practically legal.

Fantastic service. I had an urgent document print job (over 200 pages) and Scott took the time to handle the request in the middle of a busy afternoon. He was dealing with multiple clients at once and we had to reprint when we discovered a mistake. Scott had a positive attitude throughout and was so helpful. Thank you, Scott!

DO NOT SHIP PACKAGES WITH THE UPS STORE ON 4TH AND MENAUL. Beware of the UPS store on 4th st and menaul. They steal packages of value. I sent 2 packages out on June 7th, 2025 with this UPS store and conveniently the one package of value that I was questioned profusely about went missing and the other one was picked up and scanned. The manager claims it was picked up but I was told by USPs that if it was picked up it would have been scanned with the other package and which it wasn’t. It’s been over a week and it’s nowhere to be found and I’m very positive it was to stolen by one of the workers at the store. I’ve reached out to UPS corporate and they were no help and defend this type of activity from their workers. I’ve also reached out and sent emails to the franchise owners store email and still didn’t get a response or my package found.

Wish I could give this store 0 stars. The UPS store on menaul and 4th st is a VERY SHADY business and STEALS packages of value. I took 2 packages in to be shipped on June 7, 2025. Was asked all sorts of questions on what my packages were and how much they are worth, and was a shady experience to begin with. They then proceeded to take my package and of course the one of value went missing the next business day. I spoke with the manager who was very shady and kept changing his stories. And was told the packages were picked up by USPS and which one was and the one of value wasn’t and is presumed to be stolen. I’ve called the UPS store corporate office and they refused to help me and have awful customer service. Beware if you are shipping packages with this UPS store. They obviously steal packages of value and are a VERY shady store with shady workers.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I brought a client here for a digital passport photo, but after reviewing the official guidelines, it was clear the photo wouldn’t meet the necessary requirements. When I went back, the manager lied and claimed we needed a completely different photo size and told us to go to Walgreens instead—while also refusing a refund. We went to Walgreens and had the correct photo taken with no issues, in the exact same standard size.
The customer should come first, and unless you can fulfill the customer's needs, you shouldn’t profit from them. This manager either needs to be retrained or replaced. Avoid this store at all costs.

Friendly and helpful, Amanda is a great and wonderful person, she is very helpful, she'll even looks for discounts to help with cost. Honestly didn't know that being an AARP member was a benefit with the UPS store.

I need a notary service within 24 hours, and I work 9 to 5 like many, many people. UPS was recommended to me, but not a single UPS store in Albuquerque offers notary services before 9 AM or after 3 PM. Very disappointed.

What an awful experience at The UPS store, I will not be going back to this location ever again. The older woman working were kind but the one young woman was off the henges. The younger woman threw a metal dolly that flew back onto her crashing to the ground. The same lady was extremely verbally abusive to her coworkers, as well as to me the customer. Sending back my package was uncomfortable, filled with verbally aggressive comments and mean looks. The other people sending packages back told me they were shocked with how unprofessional and mean the lady was to me and her staff. Also, when sending back my package, I needed to paid to print the free return stickers, otherwise she wouldn’t help me. The free return stickers should have been free! It was an awful experience and very uncomfortable!!!
