Karen was super helpful, bubbly and efficient! Can’t believe it’s $3 to print a piece of paper- on this economy?? Anyway, Karen’s the only reason this review didn’t get 1 star.

When I was at the ups store and this young lady, her name was Karen, and goodness she gave me the best experience not just at ups but better than any other store I'd ever been to she needs a raise!! YOUR THE BEST KAREN THANK YOUUG.O.A.T. ??
