Went in to ship a package and both male workers did not greet me and seemed to be annoyed they had to work. One looked at me and then when to the back. Got helped finally when he came back. I think there needs to be some training on how to be customer facing. If you have the personality of a rock then work at the warehouse.

Dropped off a package with ice in it and they decided that they couldn’t mail it. They accepted the package and took it to the back but refused to ship it later that day for over night shipping. It was completely sealed. The location off central and fedex had no problem shipping the same thing.

This UPS Store (87123) is severely understaffed and it shows.
Lines are consistently long, packages are left unchecked, and the entire operation feels disorganized. The current staff is doing their best under pressure, but it’s not sustainable—and frankly, they deserve more support.
This store needs at least two additional employees during daytime hours. If you need proof that this model works, check out the UPS Store at 6387 Camp Bowie in Fort Worth, TX. That location is properly staffed, moves customers quickly, and has built a reputation for efficient service. People choose to go there because the lines move.
Here’s the bottom line:
Adding two more people isn’t just a labor cost—it’s an investment. Once word gets out that this location processes customers quickly and efficiently, your traffic will increase. People talk. Fast lines mean more business.
I’m an industrial engineer with expertise in queuing theory. Trust me: you’re bleeding customer satisfaction right now. Fix it—before someone else does.
I love the UPS Store and I just want you guys to be the best, but these lines are unacceptable. Management -- You're being stingy, and it shows.

I got my PO box this month and wow my 1st time there and as I say wow . excellent service,verry nice good looking woman that took care of me 5 mins flat I had my keys in hand and out the door under 10 mins . Facts service I give a 10 I hardly ever give 10z but this place if it went higher than 10 this place would get a 11 or 12 . So far the best in town .I been a native all my life here in 505 . The best ! Hands down

Jasmine was incredibly rude, and acted like they did not want to be there. I had a simple print job, that I have done many times, even at this location last week. They quoted me a very high price, and when another associate helped me, it was considerably less. The other employee was much nicer, I wish I would have gotten her name. Anyways, a little customer service goes a long way. This encounter happened on Friday 2/21, around 5 pm.

So I always go to that UPS the one on Central this time Dominic supposedly the supervisor help me can I give him my phone so he can print the label so we can send him send the orders he was arguing with me saying that I needed two labels and I was showing him to labels and he keeps on telling me no no no no no no no no no so I had to go to another and they didn't in less than 10 minutes thinking about the closest place to your house it's not even worth it going a little further better customer service
