I was in predicament, my bank refused to help with some documents verification, so I came to this store in tears. Shannon was there. She listen to my story and genuinely felt for me. This is usually an efficient location. However, today I went in and stood behind a customer who was having a very long non-business conversation with the clerk. A second clerk was doing other things, not helping customers. It became clear it would be an even longer wait, so headed to another location.
