Worst banking experience. Monthly fees and now they leaked all customers data !!!! Can't change our SSN, bank dont give a crap either. Im going to a credit union. This is what happens when you let Republicans run things

Megan is the most disrespectful teller. She’s the “customer relations consultant” yet treats everyone like they’re below her. No greeting, rolled her eyes twice, and had the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced. I will be contacting the branch manager to make this right. 12/5/25

It's a bummer this is the closest bank to my house. Time to move all of my business accounts to a different bank.
This branch needs better management and customer service for it's employees.
