First visit was great, the lady who I should’ve ask for her name was so patient adjusting my old glasses. Unfortunately, I felt rushed when I went back to pick up my new glasses. This young guy seemed new to the store handed me my new glasses. He didn’t seem to be patient helping me adjust my very new glasses. It’s like he didn’t know what he was doing with his job. I asked why there’s gaps between the plastic part and metal part, and he said it’s just how it is. Me and my husband agreed it’s not how the frame supposed to be. I will go back to get my new glasses adjusted when they are not busy and not rushing their customers!

The staff very professional. I went twice for glass adjustments but I am still not satisfied.
There is a bit of blurry so I am not using the glasses to read.

Prompt, Professional and Polite, service.
The only issue was when we returned home we noticed the print out of my prescription was for someone else. When I pick up my glasses in a couple weeks, I will bring it to you. Then maybe you can give me mine.

I went in to Visionworks to have my eyes checked and was convinced to get progressive lenses. They absolutely didn’t work for me, but Nora took great care of me. Nora was very helpful. She was efficient, detail-oriented and friendly. Make sure you ask for her assistance. She’s the best!

We had a very bad experience. Poor customer service at reception desk. Apparently other customers were feeling the same way as we overheard arguments as we waited for more than 20 minutes without anyone speaking to us or telling us what was going on.

My doctor visit was good enough.
But purchasing seems to be a pain. I wanted to get contacts and glasses.
They took the liberty of ordering me the top of the line contacts which basically ate up the rest of my insurance so I got no financial assistance on the glasses. I don’t wear contacts that often which I told the salesperson. Not sure why I couldn’t get lower level contacts and saved my insurance to help with glasses.
I ended up not getting the glasses because the lenses were really expensive.
Overall , I’m not happy and I won’t be purchasing anything else there.
One more disappointment, when I picked up my contacts, I didn’t get the little starter kit that all eyecare providers give you. No contact case or small bottle of saline.
Had to change this to a 1 star review because of that.

Very torn on this experience. They got me in quickly, the doctor was wonderful, the facility is clean, well-lit and in good repair, and the customer service reps were friendly, helpful and great. I visited the doctor for cyber-sickness and trouble with lights when driving at night, and thought I'd check to see if I needed glasses. I do not have vision coverage and therefore am paying out of pocket.
Fast forward a couple of weeks when I went to pick up my glasses. I found out that I was actually written TWO prescriptions (I wasn't informed of this at the time, I didn't know this was possible), and my glasses were only made for one of them. A pair of glasses could have been made that included both prescriptions but it wasn't offered to me as an option, nor did I know it was supposed to be because, again, I wasn't aware there was two prescriptions.
So now I have an very expensive (very basic) pair of glasses that I can only use for distances up to an arms length away, and I still can't drive at a night. Not really money well-spent.
I guess I just feel that everything could have been handled better, especially since I'm paying out of pocket and am not thrilled with the idea of dropping another $300++ on a different pair of glasses. I relied on the "experts" to explain my situation and give me the information I needed to make an informed purchasing decision, and they didn't. It's really unfortunate because the first part of my visit really was excellent.

Walked in for my appt. 5min early. They said I needed a 2 day dilation for an exam form I needed filled out and that’s INSANE! I’ve had my eyes dilated before and NEVER over a 2 day period. Called to speak with the lasik place for confirmation (after the front desk lady had called them) and they told me absolutely not. Walked back in for my appt. And she said I had to reschedule because it was 11min after my appt. time when they caused this mess. DO NOT COME HERE and waste your time or money. The EYE DOCTOR was rude and the front desk lady EVEN WORSE.

Came in for emergency visit my diabetes getting bad…the appointment was Fast same day appointment . Dr Marvel amazing kind and funny everything was going great….. until their system shut down during the payment processing for my order. They ended up charging me $73.52 and I left with absolutely no order placed and loss of 73.52$ due to the system shutting down. After the issue you would think they would have been mindful and just processed the order. Now I may have to find another place to go if this issue gets left unseen .i called my bank and they said the payment went through Alan’s there’s nothing they can do on there end vision works needs to void order out or process order please

Efficient check-in and insurance info recording (there was a hiccup when I initially submitted my info), friendly staff. Dr Marvel was great. Came in for an eye exam, got exactly that.

The service staff/technicians at VisionWorks were very attentive to customers waiting and entering the store. It was busy, and yet I never felt neglected; the staff were really alert and active in addressing people's needs. Upbeat and personable, and well trained in helping people choose the right lense options for their vision requirements. They also helped me get the best discounts for my situation. I felt like I made the right choice going to VW!
