Rude about needing a cart for my handicapped client. Didn't even offer a cart we could use for her. I had to pull my clients walker everywhere. The employee checking us out, Brian, offered us a cart we could use but already as we were checking out. He was nice but the old lady worker and the manager Kevin were rude and dismissive. Would not recommend this store if you are disabled/handicapped.

Horrible, employee's don't care about shoplifting in the least. We personally witnessed two people take stuff. No one watches, no one cares. Will not be back again

Picked up my prescription had no problems, but purchase an item at the front. The cashiers were rude especially the lady in the black shirt. I’m embarrassed for them to be working at Walgreens. The shoplifting is out of hand as well.

Walgreens pharmacy at this location is the worst!! They are absolutely rude and not very helpful at all! They also like to hang up on people all the time!!

I’m so tired of being hassled by homeless people every time I enter and leave this store. It’s frustrating that almost everything is locked behind glass, and even worse, half the items are constantly out of stock. On top of that, I personally witness shoplifting during the majority of my visits! While the employees do their best, Walgreens seriously needs to step up and invest more in their staff and stores to create a safer, more functional shopping experience.

Pharmacy will leave you on hold for over 30 minutes. They will pick up the call without saying anything and put you back on hold!

Shame on you Walgreens, for someone who needs help managing their type 1 diabetes and having someone lie to me saying they ONLY SELL INSULIN PENS. Shame on you, whatever you thought this was I am no damn drug addict. To the nice lady who was concerned about me switching from a pump to the syringes thank you for taking the time and explaining what I need to do. You just helped me one step closer to getting my sugars controlled until I get my insurance reinstated to see my doctor.

This particular Pharmacy used to be okay. Although most Walgreens are not. Now this one has become as uncooperative as all the other Walgreens. They tell you on their online that your prescription is ready you call them they say it's the doctor's fault we don't have any prescriptions for you yet their computer service says that there is a prescription ready. And then when you talk to an actual human all they do is say I cannot do this prescription without a doctor's order when the doctor says they have already sent in the order. It's become pathetic. Their customer service is pathetic.

Can't ever get through to someone at the pharmacy. Do you guys always answer the phone to just put someone on hold? As a nurse I'm appalled by this for people trying to get their prescriptions.
