The registers and self checkouts are always packed whenever I come in, so I used pick up for the first time today. Definitely prefer that now, it was quick and didn't have to deal with the public. Thanks to the worker who loaded my groceries, they were careful and polite 👌

The bike tubes were in a plastic casing like a lot of things and there was a button to call for an employee and me and my brother sat there for 20 minutes watching like 10 employees walk by and not open the case.
