“Wonderful family run establishment with a fairly large grocery store and take-out cafe. Food is cafeteria style and made to order but tastes authentic. The shawarma is one of the most flavorful in the city. The platter I got was $10 and had an insane quantity of food for the price. I also appreciate how they sell falafel by the piece (I got two to complement my meal). For price to quality this is one of the best places in the city. They also sell shawarma and most items on the menu by bulk. There is no space to eat indoors, but they are working on expanding to have indoor seating. The grocery has multiple aisles with various spices, oil, rice, wheat, and other staple foods for mediterranean cuisine. There is also an extensive selection of frozen goods including halal meats. All of the meat in the cafe is halal as well. The family that runs this business is warm and very friendly. They helped me find some items in the grocery section. I will definitely be returning here.”

“Only a block from the Albuquerque Amtrak station, Silver Street Market is a full service supermarket that does a really nice job catering to travelers in transit. We were traveling from Los Angeles to Chicago on the Amtrak Southwest Chief, and Albuquerque was a maintenance stop on the way. This meant that we would be at the station for at least 35 minutes, and would give us the first opportunity to do more than stretch our legs at a stop. Our cabin steward suggested stopping by this nearby market for supplies and souvenirs. It is less than a 5 minute walk from the station and they were well staffed with cashiers to check us out. We were on the meal plan so no need for snacks. But I wanted a bottle of the green chile wine and a prominent display in front made it easy to pick one out. Cost was $12.99. Checkout was a snap so got back to our train in plenty of time.”

“This is my favorite trader Joe's. I especially like Shelby as she is so uplifting and kind. I see her being manager someday of a trader Joe's. She always takes the time to say hello and how are you. What a great person she is. I also like Richard. He is well takes the time to say hello and treat you like a friend. I like this trader Joe's more than any of the other trader Joe's I have ever shopped in in the last 50 years.”

“It's a nice little neighborhood grocery store. We often shop here for snacks, dinner ingredients or household items when needed in a pinch of time! They sell cigarettes and vapes. Huge selection of refrigerated drinks, candy, bread and milk. One thing they DO NOT sell here is fresh produce which would be amazing if they did even if it was just a head of lettuce, tomato, onion, an apple, orange or a banana. They have an art section and smoking accessories. Yes The prices are above retail sometimes. But, the convenience of the location to us is a bonus. The employees are a bit stand offish but overall friendly when you get to know them. Parking is not an issue.”

“I am such a loyal customer. After moving here, I was having a hard time finding the brand's I like. Once I started shopping at Albertsons, I have been able to find everything I need. The store is always nice and clean. The customer service is great. The parking is at an angle so it is easier for me. I'm so happy I have Albertsons.”

“Visit 1/3/24We were at the first cashier past self checkout...Bagger is careless. Bagged 10 lbs of ham in one bag. 24 yogurt in one bag, along with cheese. We are healthy seniors... so we get the bulk of our food on senior day. I'm on a restricted diet, that's why so much yogurt. The bagger needs to be pay attention to how he's bagging. A lot of seniors can't carry heavy bags. There's absolutely NO reason to stuff the bags as full as he did! Still having bagger issues. Pharmacy SUCKS with new crew ... where did my favorite pharmacist go???? Unable to get the only migraine medicine I can take!!!! NOT IMPRESSED! Wasn't a issue before this new crew....”

“I have been going to this Albertsons for close to 3 years now and it is by far my favorite location to get groceries. They always have what I need in stock, the people are friendly and helpful, and the other day they gave my baby a balloon after the holiday and it totally made his day. This Albertsons is awesome! ?Thank you”

“Limited selections compared to Smith's but good prices on some good quality items. Produce a bit disappointing. Won't be our primary grocery but will patronize occasionally.”

“They got to start a social media marketing campaign, it is a local family own business everybody love that kind of story. Their beef jerky is really testy, crispy, rich in flavor, just the best jerky every and around. one of the worker over there (jasmine g.) has such big green bright eyes, curly dark hair, it is just the pretties girl I've ever seen (just a prove that the family is doing something right). She should be the model, and face of the brand. wonder if she is single...”

It's only a few blocks from where I live, so it is really conveniently located. I'm embarrassed to say that today was my first visit! Definitely going back.”

“There was, again, only one associate available for cashing out and helping customers on the floor. The store was in horrible disarray. Seems as if the daily recovery is just not done.”

“Compared to when I worked here, it has a much more pleasant environment and remodel. Still won't get me back to work there. Still carries a few items I can't get across the street from me, so it's fairly close yet.”

“I gotta say that if you are in the hood and need some sort of sundry item on short notice—anything from a hoodie to a pack of smokes to fresh baklava (sometimes) to clothing, soft drinks, insense, tools, smoking accessories, etc, then this place probably has what you are looking for. They don't have gasoline anymore though.”

“I don't live in Albuquerque, I drive there often to run errands, go to appointments and my weekly grocery shopping moment. I often go to different Sprout's locations in Albuquerque. I frequent this location the most due to the proximity to a lot of the other places I go to. Today I was reminded why I appreciate the Sprouts on Lomas the most. I was not having the best day. I know, I walked in, in a somber mood. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful for the workers, being aware and politely talkative. There are some great people working in the produce department and I appreciate them all very much. Y'all are awesome people and thanks for being cool even when I walked in with a bad attitude. I left feeling like I let go of some things I didn't need to carry. I repeat, I have gone to all of the other Sprouts in Albuquerque and no one has ever been as chill yet kind as these workers. Keep it up, and remember we all have bad days.”

“when I first moved to this area this dollar general was never stocked, dirty, and hard to maneuver. But as of recently, this location has never looked better. The little Asian man who works the register, is always so kind and friendly. And the shelves are always stocked! thank you dollar general for doing better.”

“I am in West side resident here in Albuquerque and have never stepped foot inside this location as it's about 8 miles away from my home. Plus we have a couple of Albertsons on the west side that I frequent. As I pulled into the parking lot, I immediately felt the difference between Albertsons locations, and this one is top notch!I was taken back with appearance of this supermarket. Wow! It was clean, orderly, no foul smells (nothing like the west side locations), shelves were all neatly stacked, arranged, and fully stocked. The employee at the checkout counter greeted me courteously, and smiled, and asked if I need any assistance in finding anything. I have to give kudos to the store manager and the employees for making this supermarket such a pleasure to visit and shop at.I will be shopping there from now on whenever I'm in the area.”

“Very convenient place to get grocery items. Prices are a little high compared to bigger stores but i'd imagine it's due to them being local and having a smaller customer base. They usually have what I am looking for which is nice in a pinch. Maybe we could get a most requested items poll going throughout the community. Would like to see ice supplied at a steady rate.”

“This store is clean, stocked, and has the best staff. They are professional, and friendly, and knowledgeable about the items that are stocked and where in the store to find them. Thank you for working hard during a pandemic that has others working and schooling from home.”
