“I visited on an afternoon when I thought most people would be working. It was very busy. Even with the lines, I got through the line and on my way in a reasonable amount of time. The process at the pump was easy and fast. The prices seem a bit lower than other places.”

“LOVE this Sams club location, conveniently located near Cottonwood Mall and Rio Rancho on the upper Westside. This location has the friendliest and most helpful staff! I am obsessed with the scan and go app! Makes life so much easier without the hassle of long lines and waiting! Also love the gas station with very reasonable gas prices and pleasant staff. My fave thing about Sams is the early hours that they offer to plus members, something the competition does not offer! It's never busy and breeze to shop! Plus, I have first access to all of the perishable markdowns!”

“Quick. Easy. Picnic bench seating.
Of course, the very long all beef Costco hot dog is a great value. $1.50. The Costco hot dog is also pretty good. As is the pizza (slices are LARGE), chicken sandwich, Cesar salad with chicken, and soft serve ice cream.
The self serve mustard and relish station can get a bit messy, which is more on the patrons than Costco, though Costco does periodically clean up the area.”

“For my 60th Birthday this month my daughter sent me the most beautiful bouquet from ABQ Flower Market. The flowers are stunning. They were all in beautiful harmony, some blooming fresh and some yet to bloom. The bouquet is full 360° it doesn’t matter which way it’s facing, and the fragrance is lovely. The workmanship is awesome I would highly recommend this florist.”
“Stopped in quickly to get some dental floss and we were immediately greeted by an employee rudely asking me if I had a membership card. I was quick to point out to my friend who did. Was able to find what we we needed and headed in and out in a flash. Cashier who helped us was nice but really couldn't understand what she was saying as she spoke in a very low tone so we had to ask her to speak up. Definitely would have been a five star experience other than the experience we had with both of the employees.”
“I bought a new set of tires here last year and was here today for a rotation and balance which is included with the price of the new tires. I got a great price on the new tires and the included rotations and balance and other warranties is a nice benefit. Both times I was able to call to get an appointment and the staff have been friendly, professional, and quick.”
“When I need to purchase paper towels, toilet paper or other items I need to get a good deal as bulk I know I can trust that Sam club will have it. Customer service is lacking but it can always be improved. The store for the most part is clean. Safety hazards are always in use when they moving merchandise. There is this nice older man that wears glasses and is often bringing in the carts. I would say that cart attendant demonstrates the best exceptional customer service and always makes you feel welcoming. He does it with so much grace and when I was injured of my wrist he even made him self more available and helped me load my items into my car.”

“This is our favorite costco to go to. Today they were very busy but I was able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time even though it is near christmas. If you need bulk items you can always find a good deal here. They have a pretty good selection of vegetables as well as meats and dairy products. When we were here a few days ago I forgot to pick up eggnog. Today when looking for it they were sold out for this season. I asked an employee just to be sure and he said they were out.”

I called the Costco pharmacy on Eubank on Sunday and renewed her two prescription because I noticed she still had refills. The pharmacy bot said I could pick them up after 2pm on Monday, so I began postponing my shopping trip until the next day and told my husband he'd have to wait for his precious Costco chili. 10 minutes later I got a Costco Pharmacy text Lillian's orders were ready! I grabbed my purse and made it to the pharmacy, just as they were turning off the lights! I got the drops and my husband's precious chili too!”
