Complete waste of time and lack of assistance, I regret trying to do business with them.
Trying to set up Internet at new (old) house where coax cable doesn't seem to be attached to anything. Tried multiple times using the app to get help from the "Live Assistant" / AI chat-bot (because it's impossible to speak to a human over the phone and it's over 30 min wait times once you drive all the way in to the store). Got promised by the "Live Agent" that a technician could be out to the house to fix the issue Friday between 8am-10am. A 2-hr window is a lot of time to sit around when you're on a tight moving schedule, but I figured it might be worth it to get things resolved. They never showed, apparently the confirmation from my "live agent" was totally meaningless and the appointment was never made, I just got put onto a wait-list for "whenever they get a chance, someone will be out to see..."
So I wasted all that time for absolutely nothing. Beyond furious and now exploring any other option for internet. I will update with links as soon as I find something.

Worst service I’ve ever had at this location on San Mateo Cutler by the 5.11 store. These idiots put me on the totally wrong plan and my account got hit with a bunch of fees for things I never requested nor agreed to pay for including TV Now, Comcast, etc. How is it possible I can tell you face to face what I want to have as my service (Just wifi) and you can still mess that up? Or deliberately give me a different plan for whatever reason maybe your personal commission/bonus? I mean we’re not splitting atoms here, this isn’t hard stuff. I had to spend 4 hours on the “virtual assistant” on the app getting everything fixed and getting my refunds. All because the bald fatboy doesn’t know how to do his job. Thanks a lot!

Getting constant disconnects. If you call their number you get the runaround and never talk to a person. If you use the website, you get the runaround and an "automatic" troubleshooter that just tells you everything is your fault even though you've already checked everything in your home and it's perfectly fine internally.
Unfortunately, they're the only internet company in town until the fiber gets installed in my neighborhood. Yay monopolies.

I highly recommend this location. Service was great and the wait was not long. I got to see their new products and what other services they offer. Best visit with staff. Great customer service!

Do not use Xfinity. Terrible service, shady practices, and you won't even get the speeds you pay for.

Do not get you phone or internet from here. Xfinity is a cheat, they steal your money by putting random charges on your account and never give you the price that they said you would get. Their customer service on they phone is even worse and they never get dinner what they promised. They charged me over $600 and when i went to the store to talk to an employee he was extremely rude to me.

I cannot even figure out how to reach a human. After management made a shift years ago with mounting hatred and 1000s of websites devoted to the hatred of Comcast they changed there name, and service. Then years later it went right back. Not only cannot I not figure out how to order service and get through the hellish phone system, I could not even report a downed line. I ended up chopping it down with a limb lopper. I called the city and THEY have no contact for Comcast! Ordering Star Link for the new office. Yes, they do not answer phones either but it always works at least. Will turn in equipment in person since phones do not work, cannot wait for that chore next week.

Don't use Comcast. It's a mistake. They charge too much for too little. They get you with the cheap sign on deals and then jack up your price to the ceiling. When you try to cancel they keep transferring you from one person to another, and then later the bills keep coming. And when you have to talk to someone to fix it THEY BILL YOU FOR SPEAKING TO A HUMAN BEING. This company needs to go under. It's an absolute menace.

they make you wait to speak to someone to simply drop off your old equipment very inefficient. You should really find a better way. and if you choose not to wait, then you don’t get a receipt and you just have to pray whoever enters it correctly or you’re going to be charged
