I canceled my direct TV and switched to XFinity . I have never had so many interruptions in service. It seems as though our cable cuts out around 3-4 times a day. Is this typical of a telecommunications company. The satellite would go out occasionally in bad weather. I am not impressed with xfinity at all.

Walked in today, expecting a battle.. I had already called the 1 800 number and also talked to collections. Told my story as many times as I could..Walked in and within five minutes .... Joanne De La Cruz....took care of everything.. I am so grateful for you.Thank you

Went in and met with Tyler W and Reece W. Both guys were knowledgeable and helpful. My problem was resolved quick and professionally. I'm glad that I changed from t-mobile to xfinity.

Cashier "BKE" refused to credit a charge for equipment that I was charged for that was included in my plan. Poor customer service.

It was actually a pretty good experience. I did make an appointment online. So I walked right in and got immediate service. The guy I dealt with was very nice and helpful. Installed a new SIM card in my telephone.We'll see if that fixes all my problems.

I had a great experience here. James and Jake were very helpful in getting my new iPhone set up. iPhone updates can take awhile in store, but they both did everything they could to verify my phone was activated before I left the store.They were so helpful, I’d recommend them to anybody looking into upgrade services.

The wait wasn't long at all. I needed to get my mobile phone looked at and Alexis Quinones Padilla was the guy who helped me. He was so awesome! Great personality and so respectful. He walked me through what he was doing to my phone and I appreciated that. I ended up having to buy a new phone and he was awesome the entire time I was there. Thank you so much Alexis, keep being great!!!

Long wait despite appointment to return equipment. Was informed there was no balance due… today I got a demand letter for approximately $52 dollars. Requested closure on 10/2/23..closure did not occur till days later. Account still active when I returned all equipment on 9th. SMH

Xfinity is probably the worst experience I have ever had with a service. You pretty much have to use them if you live in Albuquerque and want to stream TV. Had 400 mbps but rarely had above 120 consistently. Upgraded to 800 mbps and got 20. During 12pm to 6pm forget about working from home because you get kicked off your VPN and can't keep a solid connection. $100+/month. They have a monopoly and run like it. Customer service is awful. Joke of a company. Tried 3 times to get repairs and they kept sending broken confirmation links. Nice trick.

Your average Comcast or xfinity store go wait for an hour to have somebody tell you they can't help you in 5 minutes and that you need to call a phone number which you've already done but they tell you you need to do it again so I did now I'm being told by those individuals on the phone I need to go back to the store to fix things and that the person at the store made my account worse LOL...It seems like such an easy thing so people phones and internet and make sure it's working that's all I ask for but for some reason I cannot get that and on top of that now they're trying to charge me extra money and they have gone ahead and changed my billing date because they've made a mistake and so they're trying to double charge me on an account I have already paid for because they put the wrong address so they had to cancel the other account And instead of transferring it to the new address they just deleted my account and created a new one with a bunch of new charges after already charging me I've had their services for 14 days nowAnd have not been able to enjoy a single day since I got it the phone was shipped to the wrong address and is garbage and is being returned I've been told the wrong information by 5 different people had to make 6 phone calls after going to the store and being told the wrong information each of them 3 to 4 hours each and I'm being charged for this for a migraine and a nightmare Really? So yesterday I go in and talk to Melanie and she told me no you need to call them and they'll fix it but she had already made things worse already so now I have to goBack to the store and have them credit my account what they owe me and fix my billing dates because they fraudulently created a new account without my Say so it's mind-blowing like I said I signed up for these services and paid them some crazy amount of money for a phone like $500 that was supposed to be here in 2 days and I still haven't received that either they sent the first phone to the wrong address and I didn't have internet for the first week and a 1/2 either like I mentioned I went to the store and talk to them about this they kept sending me away So here I am still dealing with it in my account is still incorrect in fact I have 2 accounts when I shouldn't I only should have one that I just started instead they're tryingTo fraudulently create a second account that I never agreed to with different charges and that don't include my credits from the first account where I have already paid on they're trying to act like I never paid any money to them so now I'm going to have to file suit I guess what a nightmareTo fraudulently create a second account that I never agreed to with different charges and that don't include my credits from the first account where I have already paid on they're trying to act like I never paid any money to them so now I'm going to have to file suit I guess what a nightmare

The first time I moved several months ago... I went into this office and was sold an internet plan that was was supposed to cost me $15 a month...Ended up costing me $30 a month...Subsequently moved and they sold me a plan that was supposed to cost $5 a month...My current bill that they are going to auto-pay on is now $50... It is impossible to believe anything that Comcast or Xfinity says is true... they are a fraudulent criminal slimy corporation..BEWARE... FIND COMPETITION...
