“Steve at Big O Tires is the most amazing guy! I was on a cross country trip, when I lost the lock nut on my tire after getting a flat tire and putting on the spare tire. So I had a tire to put on the car, I just couldn't get any of the tires off, because I lost the lock nut. Steve got me all straight, and took care of me like I was family! If you need anything dealing with tires, brakes, alignment, oil change, or anything related, there is only ONE place to go, BIG O TIRES!

“We were on vacation, passing through on a 2 week trip to the Grand Canyon in a BRAND NEW f150….it had computer problems and the FORD DEALERSHIP WOULDN’T EVEN GLANCE AT IT FOR 3 DAYS. Rod dropped what he was doing, plugged in his computer, and spent an hour diagnosing the problem and providing enough solution that we could proceed with our vacation (POS had to spend a week at Ford when we got home). “They closed 3 hours early due to reportedly being short staffed. I'd go use either Big O or Chuck's Tire, they rock. So, I have to say, a lot of the results you get with a place have to do with who you deal with and can very depending on day. A few days after my bad experience, I went back for another reason for a neighbor and the prices on batteries are AMAZING! Especially compared to some other places I have used recently. Now time will tell quality as compared to others. Mark Heinemann is very helpful and sometimes great prices are worth it.”
