About Percha Dam State Park

We went for the birding, and we saw some birds but there is almost no water so that was disappointing but it has been a dry season. The park is kept up well and I'm sure at other times of the year would be even moe pleasant. Some camping spots looked pretty small.

The facilities are nicely kept. During the spring no water was flowing. The winds and sand blowing across the site got me leaving a day early.

Nice, quiet park. Mostly pull through sites. No dump site, but Caballo Lake SP, 5 mins has one.
