“I’ve gone to this gym for 11 years and I’ve always loved the welcoming environment and group classes. I’ve only recently started doing the STEP classes with Kara and I love when I’m able to attend. They are so fun and upbeat; a really good workout. The trainers are always giving advice on workouts and have alternatives to them if you have an injury of any sort. I Highly recommend this gym”

“Simple, more old school style gym.(which i like). Not much for machines. Friendly people when i talked on the phone with them. Just simple and clean and oh might i add very open. Lots of space.”
