“I've been working out here the last couple months and I really enjoy it! They have all the equipment I need for my training program and so many more options for a wide variety. The staff has always been kind and helpful. The locker rooms are cared for and I've had tons of friendly interactions with other gym goers. If you're looking for an alternative to the commercial gyms you can't find a better spot. I've not tried the smoothies yet but I intend to. Oh yeah and they have a PERFECT rope. Iykyk”

“Great place to work out!! Lots of machines to work out on and to target the parts of the body. Staff is super friendly and they keep it clean. A little over a year later, I am truly disappointed. I go at the 4am time during the week. There used to be a young lady named Trina that was absolutely fabulous in keeping the gym clean. She no longer works there and the place has gone downhill. They have young people working that stand behind the counter just staring at their phone while the paper towels are out at the dispensers, the tanning rooms have super dirty floors and around the machines are dust bunnies. What I was told earlier was that someone complained that they didn’t like the gym staff to clean while they were working out…who cares. I would rather see that the staff take pride in their work rather than be paid to surf the web on their phones, while I have to work out on dirty machines. Would love to see the place back to its old glory.”

“Joined recently and only been a few times so far, but my initial experience has been great. Lots of good machine and free weight options, and it seems that they have addressed some cleaning and maintenance issues mentioned in past reviews. So far so good; definitely beats the pants off the only other gym I ever joined and lower monthly cost (Anytime Fitness is $75 and cramped/crowded and has some shady fee policies)”
