“Dr. McKinney is wonderful. When my dog Gemini was having breathing problems, she immediately put my nerves at ease. She took the time to explain everything, spoke so gently, and made both me and Gemini feel safe and comfortable during a really scary moment. I also deeply appreciate the grieving room they provide at the clinic. After having to say goodbye to many beloved pets in cold, stressful veterinary exam rooms, it meant so much to see a peaceful, softly lit space designed for those moments. Absolutely lovely staff and a great, caring place all around!”

“They took very good care of my dog Zhar for many years. He loved everyone who met him. We recently had to say goodbye to our companion of 18yrs. he was such an amazing part of our family.
I took him there and arranged to have him privately cremated. We got his ashes back the day after Christmas; so he got to come home to a Christmas tree with lights & we got to spend a very special moment with him.
I want to thank all of the staff & doctors who took the time to send us a card with all the signatures and imprints of Zhar's paws in paint. Such a kind gesture. It shows that this vet clinic has a lot of compassion for the animals they care for. Thank you Arrow for all you did and continue to do for the other animals we have in our home.
Zhar is now resting in peace & his soul is chasing the cats around heaven, I'm sure he is happy and in rest spirits there. We will miss him forever.
