“Took my large dog to get vaccinated again, it was hilarious how much he wanted to go inside never seen a dog excited to go in a vets before. They were great with him, there were 4 other dogs in the time we were there only one exhibiting any fear and it was mild not directed to the building or staff which was a great sign!”

She took the time to explain everything, spoke so gently, and made both me and Gemini feel safe and comfortable during a really scary moment. I also deeply appreciate the grieving room they provide at the clinic. After having to say goodbye to many beloved pets in cold, stressful veterinary exam rooms, it meant so much to see a peaceful, softly lit space designed for those moments. Absolutely lovely staff and a great, caring place all around!”

“They are willing to treat your older small dogs. They let you decide when it is time to discontinue treating them. They will give price estimates when asked and their prices are reasonable. Dr. Payne and all the staff were so compassionate and empathetic while trying to help our older puppy. When it came time to let him go, they made it as comforting as possible with Dr Payne holding my wife’s hand during it. We wish we had gone here sooner. We cannot express our gratitude to all of them enough.”
