I rarely post about businesses. However, my daughter was offered a job at Chical Haystack in Bosque Farms. She went in to fill out all the paper work and needed assistance from me, her mom (due to a learning disability). The manager found out she has a hard time reading and recinded the job offer on the spot. It was escalated to the main manager in charge and they too agreed with the manager to withdraw the job offer. I spoke with amber on the phone who was very unprofessional and rude and hung up on me when I asked her for her last name. Amber also told me that she was the “highest point of contact” and there was no one else I could speak with. This place discriminated against someone who has always supported and shopped at this store. My daughter had literally spent thousands of her own hard earned money on supplies for her horses. We always try and support local businesses. It’s hard to believe that this place openly discriminates for disabilities. I’m very disappointed in this establishment and will never support this place again. I will be pursuing this further and hope no one else has to experience this! Please take your business to Old Mill where they are much more professional and kind!

BUT TO TOP IT OFF, IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE OPEN CAN YOU PLEASE POST THAT, INSTEAD OF SAYING YOUR OPEN!! ON LINE ON A REGULAR DAY!!!!! IT WOULD JUST BE NICE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO TRAVEL FAR JUST GO TO YOUR BUSINESS!!
NEW OWNER???? SO DISSPOINTED. AND FOR MANY OF US WE WILL GO SOMEWHERE CLOSER WERE RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS MEANS SOMETHING!!!!
AND IF THATS NOT ENOUGH....THEY NOW FOLLOW YOU, EVERYTIME LIKE YOUR GOING G TO STEAL SOMETHING! NOT ALL PEOPLE STEAL!!!. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!

Our experience was horrible! My four year old granddaughter desperately had to go to the ladies room. I ask an associate and the manager if she could use their facilities. They both looked at her standing with her little legs crossed and said "NO." You guys are pathetic! Needless to say, we left our merchandise and walked away. We headed to Cavender's and purchased everything we needed.

Honestly I am struggling to give 4 stars but I do believe it just barely pulls that off. I have gone to this place my whole life for a variety of reasons. I feel like they are very high priced for their apparel and anything like that as well as their saddles and tack. However they have always had a really good cigarette prices, there are two other cigarette places nearby that are comparable. Chicals stays in first or second place consistently for cost. Their hay/alfalfa is always good quality but considering the times and the economy it is overpriced as well. It used to be one of the best places to get hay out of convenience. It likely still is if you live nearby and are not going to buy a severe amount of bulk.
Overall if you want cigarettes or hay you're not doing too bad by going here especially if it's convenient. If you want apparel or saddles and tack you might be much better off being patient and purchasing online. Good luck in your travels! ????

No public restroom. My husband and family constantly buy hay and other farmland products from here. Today my husband visit the store with my two year old son who has just recently been potty trained. It was a quick run from our house to the store, and unfortunately my son decided he need the restroom. My husband asked the attendants (two ladies) if our son could use their restroom and he was denied the opportunity. We understand that the store doesn’t offer public restroom, but when it comes to a child I would have thought the attendants would be kind and empathetic enough to let him use the facility. My son ended up having a small accident.

This Chical business establishment is stocked decently with Western gear. The associate was semi-personable with her assistance. My complaint herein is regarding the fact that although I was a customer the establishment would not permit me to utilize the restroom therefore I had to discontinue my shopping and leave to find a facility where I could relieve myself. If you intend to utilize this facility I recommend that you relieve yourself prior to entering it.

No restrooms for paying customers!
We were just about to ready to head to register to pay for over $2k in clothing, and asked for restroom. Employee stated no restrooms for customers. Needless to say we put items down and headed for Boot Barn.
