“So I bought a Yeti 75-quart cooler. A couple of weeks go by and the lid bows. So I submitted a claim with Yeti and it was a joke. So I call up Bes Supply store and explain what's going on. The guy, Zach, tells me no worries, bring it in and we'll swap it out, no charge. Well, they close at 5 and I'm 2 hours out on a job site. So he goes out of his way and meets me after hours. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is. They got all my business moving forward. Thank yall so much I greatly appreciate yall!”
