“We stayed here one night and loved it! Samuel the evening worker was very nice and the lady working when we checked out was super cool! The breakfast was pretty good and they have bar within the hotel so you may not even need to leave! My only complaint is the door of our room was not flush with the frame and let in a ton of light from the hall so the room was not as dark as I’d prefer to sleep in”
“Spacious and clean rooms with pleasant, efficient staff. Noise level (from street and inside hotel) was medium. Water pressure was mediocre but did the job. Breakfast hours are atypical (0500-0900), but guest primarily seem to be in the area for work so it makes sense if the purpose is to accommodate them. Didn't need service outside of check-in but she was friendly, as were the housekeeping staff that I passed in the hallways. There are plenty of restaurants/ food trucks/ grocery stores in the area. The pro/ con list of things that I personally look for is below:
✔ Has a fridge, microwave, and hair dryer. Plenty of light and places to charge electronics. Good room temperature control. Independent (switch) bathroom fan. Plenty of warm/ hot water. Sleep timer on TV.
✖ No freezer section in fridge and no ability to control fridge temp. No smart TV. No ability to set constant fan unless in fan only mode.”

“We are near the end of an epic road trip and this is hotel #6. By far the best hotel experience of the trip and probably my life. The lady up front was so helpful and amazing I think her name was Ness. The world needs more people like her!”
“Nice clean establishment comfortable bed good working fridge and microwave and coffee they even have two bottled waters in the room in case you forgot water for your coffee. the staff is very friendly and helpful the pool is nice and clean along with the hot tub. towels by the poolside. the breakfast is good. Pretty centrally located with places to eat just a few miles away. The lady at the front counter when I asked give me a recommendation for Lucky Bull grill and she said it was good and she was spot on had a great meal to go along with everything. I highly recommend this hotel if you dont mind spending the little extra money. It is a bit secluded from places around us, but that gives you a pretty safe and comfortable feeling if you have any concerns about that.”

“I stayed here because of the wind in carlsbad. I enjoyed it very much large room, great shower refrigerator and microwave very clean. Wod differently come back and recmend it to everyone.”
“Other than the shower having issues, I really enjoyed having a backyard to sit and chill. Restaurant and lounge in the same vacinity was very cool ! Staff was great. Food is great .”

“I was charging my Tesla at the Supercharger right in front of the hotel, we are in a long trip so we want to save the time and eat instant noodles while charging the car. Me and my daughter brought 2 instant noodles to the hotel and asked help if we can ise the microwave there. The front desk, Lashawna, was so nice, there is no mocrowave in the lobby, she took our instant noodle and heated them in the breakfadt room, and she even provided us bowls, folks and napkins. I'm so appreciated for her help and her kindness and thoughtfulness! If there is any chance, I will book this hotel next time drive to NM.”
“Is about 30 minute drive from Carlsbad Caverns National Park, it was just convenient for 1 night since it was near from where we went previously in another town, Roswell.”
“Overall, fine enough stay. Slept great. I know you get what you pay for but the rooms could still be cleaner and they could give you a fresh shampoo for the price. Service was good, location is great.”

“There was no toilet paper or body wash, the TV cable box did not have an active subscription, but the rooms were nicely maintained. Some say the AC were annoying, but I personally did not mind. There was a lobby which had breakfast which is nice”
“Our room is extremely clean and comfortable. And smelled good.. Very nice! Host was professional and kind. Bed is firm but comfortable. I recommend staying here. Not sure why the reviews are low or why people are fussing. It’s just fine unless you prefer a “soft” bed.”
