The place was filthy, no breakfast, needs to be torn down and rebuilt I would advice not staying here

The worst hotel in Carlsbad. They said there was a pool and breakfast, but when I arrived, they had neither. Dishonest people. I tried to cancel the reservation an hour before check-in—I hadn't even entered the room yet—and they told me it wasn't possible. Honestly, it’s ridiculous

Breakfast was mentioned in the booking, but it was not provided. We were given a queen bed instead of the king bed we had reserved. The floors were not clean, and the bed sheets had stains on them, making it seem like used sheets were provided. Overall, the cleanliness was disappointing and service was good.
