“I came in at 7:30pm to get my wife a new iPhone. I had the pleasure of working with Jay and all I can say is wow. That is how every interaction with your phone provider should go. He let me know of every deal to save my family a few dollars, adjusted my plan to save me money on stuff I’d never use, and worked with us past close to make sure both parties were satisfied. I ended up getting an iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods for a steal thanks to Jay and saved money on my monthly plan as well. I will no longer deal with anyone but him as long as I can help it.”
