“I came in at 7:30pm to get my wife a new iPhone. I had the pleasure of working with Jay and all I can say is wow. That is how every interaction with your phone provider should go. He let me know of every deal to save my family a few dollars, adjusted my plan to save me money on stuff I’d never use, and worked with us past close to make sure both parties were satisfied. I ended up getting an iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods for a steal thanks to Jay and saved money on my monthly plan as well. I will no longer deal with anyone but him as long as I can help it.”

“We have been in this store about 10 times in the last 2 years for new phones, upgrades, plan changes, etc. The staff is always helpful and takes their time to address and fix our issues. Even during a couple of late evening visits, we didn’t feel rushed. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If they don’t know an answer, they know who to call to get it.”
