“This was my first time here & first time shipping off salsa. I was helped / greeted quickly once I walked in. The gentleman helping me was very knowledgeable & explained all my options. Very fast in and out service. They don't rush you, one of the very few places that take their time and help you however they can. Great job! ??”

“Had a hiccup with a UPS delivery to my customer in Carlsbad that we ship to regularly and for some reason they left my package at this Access Point for the customer to pick-up. The supervisor, Arely Bejarano, was awesome to work with! She called me back promptly. She was friendly, polite and most importantly willing to help solve my issue. Excellent customer service!!!”

“So thankful for Pac N Mail! I worked out here for years having to jump through hoops to get packages, whether at Amazon drop boxes, hotels I may not still be at in a few days or some other way, until someone told me about them. The ladies are all lovely and helpful, the cost is next to nothing when you have a fair amount of packages delivered, and they sell a fantastic line of seasonings I haven't found anywhere else for any meat or food you can think of. If you need ammo in a pinch or left your gun cleaning kit back home in another state, they have you covered on that, too. Great and unique business I haven't seen anywhere else in the country, all of us working in Carlsbad are so lucky to have them.”

“I want to recognize two postal workers who helped me about a month ago, right before closing, when I needed to mail a package. Even though it was the end of their day, they greeted me with such a positive attitude and made sure my package was taken care of without making me feel rushed. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Excellent customer service like theirs deserves to be acknowledged. You 2 ladies are a breath of fresh air.”
