Stage Coach Inn is a hidden treasure offering very reasonable prices. Guests describe large, very clean rooms that are fresh, if a bit outdated. Rooms are equipped with a nice refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, and an AC that blows ice cold. Linens smell fresh and rooms are stocked with plenty of soap and shampoo. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is excellent. The staff is excellent, courteous, and goes above and beyond to help. The hotel is convenient, allowing guests to back up to the door for unloading. On-site amenities include a Mexican restaurant, a convenience store, a children's playground, and an actual open and clean pool. There is also an amazing ice maker in the lobby. Guests consistently say they would stay again and recommend it to everyone.
I stayed here because of the wind in carlsbad. I enjoyed it very much large room, great shower refrigerator and microwave very clean. Wod differently come back and recmend it to everyone.

This place is really interesting to stay at. I had no issues the rooms were always clean and the staff courteous. I appreciated them and the little dog too.
