Only leave a star to make sure I can post this review. But I wouldn’t even give it that much. This store has the rudest workers I’ve ever experienced. I’ve rarely ever felt the need to leave a review for a business but this is a first for it to have been this bad. But then the people who work here are liars and will harass you when you walk by their store with a dog. They leave their stuff outside on the ground for you to trip over or blame you when someone else’s dog pees on it. Do not recommend going here as it is over priced and not worth it

This bike repair was amazing. Brandon is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed my bike quickly when I was traveling and damaged it on the Little Apache trail. Thank you so much!!!!! Best place, and people, ever!!!!!

We were on a dispersed camping trip in Lincoln National Forest and needed some hiking gear, hallelujah this shop was close by in Cloudcroft NM. We were greeted with smiles and friendly faces.
Susu was there to help our every needs!
She suggested for us to visit the marked down area, and my hubby scored some Columbia hiking boots for $60!
Thank you Susu and Harry for helping out some city slickers from West Tx with your awesome selection of outdoor gear!

This is a great little shop in Cloudcroft NM and has a great selection of hiking, biking and trail running gear. I planned on coming up to do some trail running in the Lincoln national forest and realized that it was time to update my shoes as my Saucony’s were cooked. Martin helped me find a pair of HOKA’s and these shoes are legit!!! Martin was super helpful and recommended a few awesome trails nearby. Service was 10/10! Thanks Martin!

Not a huge store but a decent selection of outdoor gear and clothing. We purchased a Mountain bike from there and they had fair prices and very knowledgeable. The bike shop in the back had a little more biking product as well. Super friendly staff!!

Awesome store in Cloudcroft. Friendly & helpful employees. Prices are the same or better for their store merchandise as what you'll find on the internet or at other places. We always stop in when passing through / riding up there to escape the desert heat. Highly recommended for outdoor enthusiasts.

We always drop in to buy random stuff ... I might skip this place next time... My 5 year old really needed to use the bathroom... The cashier directed me to Alsup gas station... Horrible... I was actually making a purchase geez....Be a little nicer to the kiddos. I promise we weren't going to do anything else but use the restroom.... The truth sounds better " We don't have public restrooms." ?

Great selection of both real gear and Cloudcroft Souvenirs. This was my first time in and I am so glad my husband recommended we go in. Two years ago, Travis was in town for an elk hunt and decided that the boots he brought were no longer going to work for him. He went in a few minutes before closing, and was able to get a new pair of boots that worked out for the rest of his hunt.

Great store with cloths and things for everyone! Hiking equipment, shoes, hats, tools for camping. Very helpful and friendly staff. Will be going back!
