“Went on a whim on a roadtrip from Australia and they took great care of us at short notice. Super friendly and accommodating, comfortable beds, nice little diner at the front for breakfast etc too!”

“The Lodge at Cloudcroft was an experience and definitely met to my expectations. Walking into the lobby and seeing the classic decor instantly made it feel like you were walking into history. The staff was friendly, and the fireplace was warm. Overall, it was a great experience! The room wasn't huge, but not unexpected. It was cozy, and had all the amenities you could need. Having a smart TV connected to the internet was a nice modern touch, but history was all around us.

If I have any complaint it's that the observation tower was locked while we were there. I didn't have a chance to ask about access, but I was hoping to go up. Beyond that, the facility is obviously a little old and some things are showing some wear, but that's understood and expected.

I would definitely return to this location to stay again.”
