“We love Dusty Boots!! We called late at night for a room because we got rained out of our camping site. Vicky was so accommodating! We had the I Love Lucy room. So cute!! New a/c worked great. Very clean. Their restaurant had great food and we got free banana bread for staying at the motel. I will always come back when in the area.”

“We stayed in a heritage room. Room was spacious with a large bathroom. Rooms are nicely updated and everything was very clean. The sitting area with fireplace in the lobby was perfect. Sit back in time and enjoy.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Crofting Bed and Breakfast. Lindsey was exceptional!! welcoming, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our experience memorable. Her and her husband's hospitality set the tone from the moment we arrived. This property is a true piece of Cloudcroft history, thoughtfully maintained and full of character. The breakfast was excellent and clearly prepared with care, adding to the overall experience rather than feeling like a formality. If you are looking for a stay with warmth, authenticity, and personality, far removed from the sterile feel of corporate hotels or chain lodging, this is it. Located just blocks from the main drag, the Crofting offers both convenience and a sense of place. Highly recommended. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.”
