Always exceptional service when we stay here. The food is delicious, rooms are clean, quiet and good size. Picturesque views. Great choice anytime of year IMO. Just an all around beautiful hotel with historic charm.

Beautiful hotel with historic charm. Rooms were very comfortable and a nice size. be aware there is no elevator. The hotel is also tucked back from the main cloudcroft area and it was slightly tricky to find.
