“I was on a camping trip and got stranded in Clovis, NM; it's a long story what the issues were from my camping plug pulled out from my tow vehicle and broke while being drug for miles to losing my electric brake controller to issues with my tow vehicle 7-way plug. At. the end of it all, I was referred to Master Trim by Hamilton Ford, and thank God! The employees were kind, but the installer, Scott was phenomenal and definitely knowledgeable in wiring a vehicle for towing. Not only did he get me back on the road after being stuck 2 extra days than originally planned, he was kind and understanding of my situation and that reflected on my bill, for which I am eternally grateful since I was a long way from home. Thank you !”
“You can find almost anything you're looking for but none of the stuff is not high quality. Some will last and some so not. I get a kick out of them comparing their stuff to snap on. I had a front crankshaft bolt that I was attempting to remove. I first put a shallow impact socket from harbor freight on my impact and try removing the bolt. It did not remove it. I then took a deep socket from snap-on with the same impact and same air pressure and it removed it. The steel is the difference. Snap-on steel is much higher quality.”
“Granted this was my first time coming here, but they were so helpful and kind! Came in for an oil change (I called around other places that quoted me almost $100 but here it was $68 with full synthetic oil). I had a lady and a man help me out, I forget their names, but they were beyond helpful! I was able to get in and out within 30 minutes. Definitely recommend as far as oil changes!”
