They promised the moon and delivered nothing. Also wouldn't buy the insurance on any phone they make you pay retail for all and any phone so what's the point of insurance if the deductible is the same as the price of a new phone.

The lady that helped us on 2/3/23 was amazing. We did our research before hand so we knew what we wanted, but with her help, the process was flawless. I appreciate good customer service, and that's exactly what I received. Ditch Verizon overpriced plans and terrible local customer service and switch to cricket.

if i could avoid giving a star i would! this store steels your money. the employess are not professional, they will not tell you that you are cualified for an upgrade or give you the right price, they will throw in 30$ case plus another $30 for a screen protector & if your qualified they with minus $60 of the phone & tell you they the accessories are free but they are NOT. Dont believe them all they want is commission & close a sale.

Saturday Nov 5 2022 current time 1030am.. nobody is in the office just called nobody was home but yall supposed to be open at 10am. Poor customer service I don't recommend Cricket wireless to anyone.

I don’t like this Cricket. The girls there never want to help. They don’t know anything. I went and it was about 30 minutes before they close and when I went to open the door, she said they are closed. They just started at me when I asked them why does it say a different time. I understand, long work hours, you wanna just go home. But, I was there to pay a bill not make their job harder.
