I guess customer service is no longer a priority at these stores. I have been with Metro for about 8 or 9 years and this is the worst service I have ever received the phone I got is the worst plus no one wants to fix the situation we're seriously considering switching companies. I have given them several chances to rectify the problem but they will not do it even with video evidence I will no longer be doing business at these stores

Quess it depends on who you talk too stores within 5 miles of each other charge a different prices for activation. So didn't buy from either of Clovis stores

Came by after a week dealing with CustomerCare, John fixed it in less than 20 minutes. Happy he was the one to help me! Best customer service.

Because of you eddy lying to my face bout replacing my phone and I see my previous post not posted I will not recommend metro anymore to any friends or family and if anyone gets to read my post highly recommend you think twice about using this company that n why would use if they lie to your face disgusting representation of pour quality service and teaching new staff to lie
