“This place has always been my choice for fuel in town. They have a Dairy Queen (with a drive-thru), a small convenience store and a very nice gift shop inside. Parking for tractor trailers is available but their two diesel stations do not accommodate them. It is better to head to Moriarty or Albuquerque for fuel if you have an 18 wheeler. It can be difficult to turn left to get out but so far not too bad, I predict a fiasco in the future if the town grows in size.”
“As long as they have fuel, they're great. But schedule for fuel refill needs to be reviewed so the pumps can pumps fuel. Closed down on two different occasions because of no fuel.”

“This place has a little mom and pop BBQ/soul good joint in it, which I did not expectb so v of course I had to try it out. The menu was limited because it was a bit late, but everything we got was great, and the chicken and waffles, which was what I wanted anyway, was off the chain. Which definitely recommend.”
“Their selection of Navajo pottery and rattlesnake skins is small, but impressive! The tag with this piece shows the artist as Aaron Willie, but CJ initials that match with Carol Johnson works are on the base… their styles are both extremely similar to each other. This pottery was at the store for 5+ months, so the Navajo artist label might have been mixed up by customers over that time. The above complication is in no way a negative against the wonderful shop I purchased this from. Just my overly detailed attempt to credit the correct artist.
On my drive from DC to LA, I stopped by several trade posts and gift shops that were near reservations or lands natives live on outside reservations. This one had the best prices on painted and etched Navajo pottery I found. Many others were reselling pottery they got cheap from local natives for several hundred dollars more. This turtle pot was part of a photo another reviewer took 5 months before my visit, with a listed price of $48.00. Other etched pottery with buffalo and bears were a little larger and selling for about $78.00. Their pricing appears to be based mostly on the size of pieces.”
