“I hadn’t found a place in years that could give my Shih Tzu a fully body haircut. He had been traumatized with clippers because of passed experiences, and he is a little hard to work with. But unleashed was patient and took the time on copper. Making us both very comfortable!”
“This is a nice, new, big store. Everything looks clean. It is FULL of merchandise. It seems very crowded.Cash register/check out area is very confusing. It is more like a big circle than regular lanes like at most every other store in the USA. Is it self check? Where is the cashier? Am I even in line?Speaking of the cashier, she did not ask if I was a member of the rewards program. I was only buying a $2 can of dog food, so I didn't say anything about her oversight. Maybe she didn't ask because she thought a $2 sale wasn't worth the trouble.I like that I can bring my dog in here. I don't want to leave her in the hot car if I can bring her inside.If I could give this place 3½ stars, I would. I think that's a more accurate reading than 4 stars. But I will round up.”
“Cute little basic feed store. Friendly people. Our products were a little pricey compared to big chain stores, but very good quality products. We bought chicken food and scratch. The scratch was a much better product than chain stores. The feed was pretty muck the same. I shop in Taos from Colorado. I will definitely come back.”

I was looking for a McCall saddle and called with a lot of questions— Tom was incredibly helpful and patient, walking me through the options and helping me place an order with confidence. It’s not easy to buy a saddle over the phone, but his knowledge and willingness to help made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I really appreciate the time and effort he took to make sure I got what I needed.
