Extremely nice and welcoming people. The yard is locked in with a gate and code. The caretakers live on grounds and also have cameras. Your boat or rv is safe safe safe

This place is awesome and the service is fantastic. I had my RV there for a year and I could plug it in and they even had a dump station.
