They help u and everyone is approved. I only purchase from this furniture store and they dont harass u like other places. They even work with u if ur gonna be late. “I stopped in during their lunch hour and Wendy came from the parking lot and opened just to help me out. She immediately diagnosed the problem my machine had, grabbed her screwdriver, and fixed it lickedy split. She had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. I didn't have to leave my machine. I was so happy and grateful. She's a very kind and beautiful lady. Thanks Wendy!”

“The Geek Squard as successfully removed a virus, found by my Malware bites, and successfully remotely fixed my non-printing printer, so it now prints. They are excellent in their support.”
“My wife bought a computer over the phone today. I went to pick it up for her. Upon reaching the checkout, I was told I could not pick it up because my name was not on the order. I asked to speak to the manager. Spoke with the manager we got it all figured out. I applaud this location for protecting the customer. Even though I was frustrated the staff and manager treated me very well. I have lived in many other states and have never received the level of customer service that I received today from Best Buy.”
