She immediately diagnosed the problem my machine had, grabbed her screwdriver, and fixed it lickedy split. She had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. I didn't have to leave my machine. I've been going to them for 12 years now and always have had great customer service Chris the manager is also amazing.
