“My wife bought a computer over the phone today. I went to pick it up for her. Upon reaching the checkout, I was told I could not pick it up because my name was not on the order. I asked to speak to the manager. Spoke with the manager we got it all figured out. I applaud this location for protecting the customer. Even though I was frustrated the staff and manager treated me very well. I have lived in many other states and have never received the level of customer service that I received today from Best Buy.”

“So i just recently bought a J30 and it had blown speakers. Me personally, i can NOT drive comfortably without my music. I planned on just buying some speakers at walmart and doing it myself but come to find out bose custom made the whole system and it wouldn't be as easy as plug n play. The cars interior is extremely nice and i didnt want to mess the job up so i took it to mccains. They helped me find exactly what i wanted and gave me a reasonable quote. They set my appointment up and comes day and of course im late to drop off and they still took it in and finished the job same day. I missed pickup time cause i took a nap and they kept it in their lot and i went and got it the next morning and let me tell you, they did an AMAZING job. The radio fits amazing and the speakers sound beautiful. It was well worth the wait and money. Im glad to say that mccains will from now on be my go to audio store. The employees are extremely friendly and trustworthy. 100/10 would recommend for any of your audio needs.”
