“So my card was having some difficulty with the pin. I went in got it changed, shopped around and got what I needed. Came to check out and my new pin still wasn't working. So I ran to the bank to ask if their was a number I can call to change the pin because they just closed. Gina the manager had took me in and helped me change the pin again and she even went with me to see if it works properly. Awesome lady for helping me after hours! Thank you so much because I've had a problem with it all week long!!”

“Today @ 2ish pm, I went into the 20th street location. I signed in for account help. Ms. Corette Webb helped me register for online banking, and obtain a debit card. She was polite, friendly and easy to work with. Although it took some time to get it all sorted out (no fault to her), she didn't give up. It got done and I had a good experience. Thank you!”

“Lynn was a tremendous help when it came to assisting my Partner and I opening our Checking and Savings account! She was, friendly, welcoming, efficient and Fast.
