The employees are Always very nice but expect to wait a long time, especially if going through the drive thru business lane. I’m not sure why it takes so long, it’s not because there are a lot of people there. I always try to go to the mall branch even though it’s a longer drive.

Tried to go in to talk about my account and get some help and the lady just tells me call the 1 800 number and walks off.

Slooooowwww service at the pull up window i was the only one and its still took over 35 minutes for a single transaction.. better off to go inside
