“I've been with them since 2003. Never a problem unless it's on my part. They easily fix any issues that I encounter. From people overcharging me. And my daughter's account, her account got hacked and we caught it the same day. I left the room because she was 18 and they talked to her and resolved the issue and she got her money back. They prefer that parents leave the room and treat 18 year old women like adults. But of course, when she came into the lobby..what happened?! What did she say! They do take care of everyone. I appreciate them”
“The workers here were super nice to me and very helpful when I needed to stop my bank account from getting hacked. If you are worried about time, then make an appointment right here on the app then go in at your time and they will help you! They are understaffed and as any people I’d be mad too if you’re interrupting my time with a customer that made an appointment.”
